The Gwen: The Gwen is a quaint and inviting dining room. The rooms measures 17' x 16' and is approximately 270 square feet. The Gwen can accommodate 24 people seated on three round tables, 16 on one large table and 24 reception style.
The Ryan: The Ryan is more spacious than the Gwen, but still provides an intimate dining experience. The rooms measures 23' x 16' and is approximately 365 square feet. The Ryan can accommodate 32-34 people seated on four round tables, 20-22 on one large table and 30-35 reception style.
The Elizabeth: The Elizabeth Dining room is created by combining both the Gwen and the Ryan Dining Rooms. This spacious room measures 40' x 16' and is approximately 640 square feet. The Elizabeth can accommodate 50-60 people seated on round tables, 30-35 on one large table and 50-60 reception style.
The Olivia: 20' ceilings and ample natural light make the Olivia Dining Room our most requested private dining room. This expansive space measures 26' x 24' and is approximately 625 square feet. The Olivia can accommodate 60-65 people seated on round tables, 25-28 on one large table and 60-70 reception style.
The Loft: The Loft is the sleekest, sexiest place to dine or celebrate any occasion. Located on the second level of Cafe Trio Cottonwood, the Loft provides expansive views of the beautiful Salt Lake City skyline and surrounding Wasatch Mountains. The Loft can accommodate 32-36 people on 7 booths, complete with marble tables and soft leather seating.
The Maxwell: The Maxwell Dining Room is a great space for small dinners or intimate celebrations. The room is brightly lit by the surrounding windows and offers vibrant colors and art pieces to spark up any occasion. The Maxwell can accommodate 10-20 people on one long table.
The East Dining Room: The East Dining Room is the largest dining room at Cafe Trio Cottonwood. This unique space boasts 20' ceilings, modern art throughout and windows overlooking the flower laden patio. The East can accommodate parties of 80-90 people in a combination of seating. Whether you are looking for a hot spot for a cocktail & appetizer reception or a place to celebrate with 90 of your closest friends--the East is the space to do it!
