CHRISTIAN FRECH RETURNS TO TRIO RESTAURANT GROUP
AS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Salt Lake City, UT (July 26, 2007) – The Trio Restaurant Group which includes Café Trio downtown and Cottonwood as well as Fresco Italian Café, is pleased to announce Christian Frech as Director of Operations for all three restaurants.

Frech, a Certified Sommelier and Culinary Arts graduate, was the General Manager of Café Trio from 2004-2006. He spent the last year working as a wine buyer for Vintage Wine Merchants in San Jose, California. Frech graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Communications.

“Christian brings great leadership and direction to the daily operation of our restaurants,” said Mikel Trapp, a partner in the Trio Restaurant Group along with restaurateur Mark Stamler. “His extensive knowledge and training of great food and wine are a perfect match with our restaurants.
